Café Crem

Art, Music and Words around The Coffee Table

Ca’ Puccini

Following in the footsteps of Café Literati and Café L’Arte, we open now here, in Cafe Crem, our Music Studio  Ca’ Puccini (you get it? Capuccino…) , open to all actual and budding musicians from Café Crem, and starting NOW! This is a place where you can publish anything personal related to music (own music pieces, own songs, own song lyrics texts about music, etc… and not only Rock, please! ) and be sure that all will be viewed and commented upon with attention and respect.

Just one point: it must really be YOUR stuff!

You will find below a list of all categories published in Ca’ Puccini, ordered according to their authors and style. Please click on the links to access them.

  1. Cafe Crems’s new direction is an inspiration and a dedication to the ideal of never giving up. It is an expression of creative courage in the face of fear, doubt and abandon. Never have I been so excited to see the evolution of a blog as I have with Cafe Crem. I do hope now to see one day the “opening” of the bricks and morter Cafe Crem where artists, writers, painters, and a generally smashing and intelligent crowd is on hand everyday to participate and contribute to one of the long standing bastions that is recession proof: Cafes!!! Well done.

  2. Beautifully said, Michael! I am not sure that I understand the expression “Bricks and mortar Cafe Crem”, but if you mean a real Cafe Crem in Space and Time… I would love that so much! Unfortunately there will always be this big pond between all of us here… except of course if Atlantic Bridge becomes reality…
But who knows, perhaps one day there will be a “Cafe Crem Europe” and a “Cafe Crem America” and a “Cafe Crem Canada”!

  3. There is so much creativity going on here at Cafe Crem, it is hard to keep up! Always an inspiration…

Now I’m in the mood to write a song, even though it’s been…um…over two decades since I’ve tried it.

  4. Hi Shelley – I don’t know if you’ve heard the song “babyboomers” that I wrote with some of Susan’s lyrics, its the first Ca’ Puccini entry I think – but if you’re up for a song collaboration, let’s do it! It’ll be fun!

  5. Oh, how I wish I had loads of time to spend in all the rooms at Cafe Crem! For now, it will have to be “now and then”. And definitely the new soundtrack collaboration with you on the next Soul Sketch video is something I’m looking forward to Kev!

  6. Me too, Susan! I’ve been very busy today, but tomorrow, I’ll be showcasing our FIRST collaboration here in Ca’ Puccini – here’s to many more!
